Common Questions

Pricing FAQ

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is flat-rate, based on total square footage and roof plane count. There's no hourly billing and no surprise invoices — the price we quote is the price you pay.

What's included in the flat rate?

Every quote includes stamped structural plans, foundation details, and a set ready for permit submission in your jurisdiction.

Do PEMB, tubular steel, and tall wall projects use the same tiers?

The tiers shown here apply to post-frame buildings. PEMB foundations, tubular steel, tall wall framing, and commercial projects vary too much in configuration to price on a flat grid, so those are quoted individually after a quick review of your project.

What counts as a commercial or complex project?

Mezzanines, multi-tenant buildings, unusual roof geometry, and other non-standard configurations are quoted individually rather than placed on the standard tiers.

Is there a fee to get a quote?

No. Submitting your project details for a quote is free and doesn't obligate you to move forward.
