Struxsure Plans (Structure Plans, LLC) is NOT an engineering firm. We do not employ engineers, and we do not practice engineering. We are a structural plan stamping intermediary that coordinates between clients and independent, licensed Professional Engineers ("PEs").
By accessing or using the Struxsure Plans website, requesting a quote, or submitting payment for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
Struxsure Plans is a structural plan stamping intermediary. We coordinate the preparation, review, and stamping of structural plans for post-frame buildings, pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) foundations, tubular steel structures, and tall wall framing between clients and independent, licensed Professional Engineers.
We are not an engineering firm, do not employ the engineers who prepare or stamp your plans, and do not ourselves practice engineering. All structural engineering services are performed by independent, licensed Professional Engineers who are solely responsible for the engineering content, calculations, and stamp affixed to any plan set.
Our services are limited to structural plan coordination. We do not provide mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) design, architectural design, civil engineering, ADA compliance review, life safety design, or third-party inspection services. Clients requiring these services must retain the appropriate licensed professionals separately.
Nothing in these Terms, on our website, or in any communication with Struxsure Plans creates an engineer-client relationship, an engineering firm relationship, or a professional engineering opinion between you and Struxsure Plans. Any such relationship exists solely between you and the independent, licensed Professional Engineer assigned to your project.
Struxsure Plans does not review, approve, or guarantee the engineering accuracy of any plan set. Responsibility for the structural design, calculations, and code compliance of stamped plans rests solely with the licensed Professional Engineer who prepared and sealed them.
Pricing for post-frame structural plans is flat-rate and tiered by square footage and roof plane count, as published on our Pricing page. Pricing for PEMB foundation plans, tubular steel plans, tall wall framing plans, commercial projects, mezzanines, and other complex or non-standard structures is provided as a custom quote.
Quoted prices are valid for the scope of work described in the quote. Changes to building specifications, square footage, roof plane count, or project scope after a quote is issued may result in a revised price. Payment terms will be provided with your invoice. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, including building dimensions, location, intended use, and any site-specific conditions. Struxsure Plans and the assigned Professional Engineer are entitled to rely on the accuracy of the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay your project or require additional fees to correct.
You are responsible for confirming that stamped plans are accepted by the applicable local permitting or building authority before beginning construction, and for obtaining any additional approvals, permits, or third-party inspections required in your jurisdiction.
Struxsure Plans coordinates structural plans nationwide, subject to the availability of a licensed Professional Engineer in the applicable jurisdiction. We do not provide services for residential houses or barndominiums, and we do not currently provide services for projects located in California.
Stamped plan sets are provided for the client's use in connection with the specific project and permitting process for which they were prepared. Plans may not be resold, reused for a different project, or represented as the work of Struxsure Plans as an engineering entity without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Struxsure Plans' liability arising from your use of our website or services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service. Struxsure Plans is not liable for the engineering accuracy, code compliance, or structural adequacy of any plan set, as those matters are the sole responsibility of the licensed Professional Engineer who prepared and sealed the plans.
Struxsure Plans is not liable for delays, costs, or damages arising from construction performed based on stamped plans, permitting decisions made by local authorities, or site conditions not disclosed to us at the time of quoting.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Struxsure Plans (Structure Plans, LLC) from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your construction activities, or your failure to comply with applicable building codes or permitting requirements.
Professional Engineers who accept projects through Struxsure Plans do so as independent contractors, not as employees or agents of Struxsure Plans. Nothing in these Terms or on our "Why Work With Us As An Engineer" page creates an employment relationship between Struxsure Plans and any Professional Engineer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Structure Plans, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
