• Project details such as building type, dimensions, square footage, roof plane count, and site location
• Uploaded files such as site plans, sketches, or photos related to your project

• Engineer partnership application details, for individuals applying through our "Why Work With Us As An Engineer" page

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep our website secure and to understand how it's used.

3. How We Use Information

• To prepare and deliver a flat-rate quote for your project
• To route your project details to an independent, licensed Professional Engineer for structural plan preparation and stamping
• To process payments and send invoices or receipts
• To communicate with you about your project, quote, or account
• To evaluate applications from engineers seeking to join our partner network
• To maintain, secure, and improve our website

4. How Information Is Shared

Because Struxsure Plans is an intermediary and not an engineering firm, your project information is shared with the independent, licensed Professional Engineer assigned to prepare and stamp your structural plans. That engineer uses your information solely to complete your project.

We also share information with service providers who help us operate our business, including our payment processor (for billing and invoicing) and mapping/address services (for project location lookup). These providers are only given the information necessary to perform their function.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, to comply with a legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Struxsure Plans, our clients, or our partner engineers.

5. Payment Information

Payments are processed through a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Card details are entered directly into the processor's secure fields and are not stored on our servers.

6. Data Retention

We retain project, quote, and payment records for as long as necessary to complete your project, meet accounting and legal obligations, and support future service requests. Engineer partnership applications are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and manage the partnership.

7. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. We will respond to verified requests consistent with our legal and contractual obligations, including obligations tied to completed or in-progress projects.
